基于HTCP-net的造船流程仿真与优化

摘要: 船舶建造流程中,各环节的产能既受内部资源的限制,又受流程间共享资源的限制。本文根据赋时层次有色Petri网HTCPnet的相关理论,利用ML语言对造船流程进行建模,并采用CPN Tools工具对模型进行仿真分析。仿真结果预测了S船厂的产能水平,表明了各主要资源的利用率。通过对各资源利用率的分析,识别了流程中的瓶颈资源,并提出了相应的解除瓶颈的方案,最后通过再次仿真证实了方案的可行性。文中的研究方法对复杂的造船流程的建模、仿真和分析具有一定参考价值。

Abstract: In the shipbuilding process, the production capacity of each stage is not only constrained by the internal resources, but also by the shared resources. According to the relevant theory of Hierarchical Timed Colored Petrinet (HTCP net),Meta language is used to modeling the shipbuilding process ,followed by the simulation and analysis with the CPN tools. The results of the simulation predict the production capacity of the S company and indicate the utilization ratio of the main resources. After the bottleneck resources are identified by an analysis of the resource utilization ratio, some methods are proposed to debottleneck, which is eventually proved to be feasible by resimulation. The methodology in this paper can be a guide for the modeling, simulation and analysis of complicated shipbuilding processes.
