摘要:

网上行政许可审批是二十一世纪的新生事物,是随着互联网的日益发达而催生的,是电子政务最重要、最核心的内容。本文介绍了国家实验动物行政许可审批平台设计与实现方法,实例探讨了如何利用计算机技术为跨学科的管理应用科学服务。

Abstract:

Online administrative approval is an emerging thing in 21st Century.With the everincreasing development of the internet,it has become the most important and essential content of egovernment.In this paper,we propose the design and implementation of the National Laboratory Animal Administrative Approval Platform,showing an example of how to use computer technology to serve interdisciplinary applied management science.
