大科学装置控制系统现状和对策

摘要:

科学装置是指对当今最新科学研究有重大影响的装置,具有非常巨大的规模、投入、周期和风险的巨型科学装置。在这样的巨型装置下,其需控制监测的设备元器件众多、过程控制非常复杂,非人工可行,控制系统成为这些科学装置的神经网络和中枢,其控制的可靠性和准确性直接决定其装置运行的成败,对科学装置的实验产生重要影响。现将国内外几个著名的大科学装置的控制系统现状做一研究和阐述,重点分析了NIF装置控制系统框架和结构,简要分析了EPICS和TANGO控制架构,论述了我国目前最大的高功率固体激光装置控制系统的主要结构和原理。在此基础上,对大科学装置控制系统的应用发展趋势进行分析讨论,这些探讨分析及结论对即将开展的我国大功率激光装置建设和诸如此类装置控制系统的总体设计具有很重要的参考价值和意义。

Abstract:

Science equipment indicates the importance infection equipment for today’s scientific research up to the minute. There are very tremendous dimensions, devotion, period and venture in the huge scientific  equipment, which have multitudinous inspected equipment and very complex process control. The control system certainly becomes NN and centrum of these scientific equipment whose dependability and veracity decide the firsthand success or the defeat of functions and affect badly experiment. This paper studies and expatiate the actuality of the control system for big scientific equipment both at home and abroad, and analyzes mostly the control framework and the structure of NIF, and analyzes briefly the control framework of EPICS and TANGO, and discusses mostly the control structure and the principle of maximal high power laser equipment at home. The application and development current of the control system for big scientific equipment is analyzed and discussed, which is a very important reference for building national high power laser equipment and designing same control system.
