摘要:

针对我国各医院的医学术语异构性以及互操作难的问题,提出了基于本体论的医学术语服务系统的构建方法,建立了基于服务模式(SoA)的医学术语服务系统架构,设计了服务系统核心模块的实现算法。该系统通过本体概念实现了医学术语间的语义互操作,并采用数据库加载器等子系统,结合SoA模式,为用户提供相关在线服务。应用结果表明,系统能够很好地实现医学术语的语义检索并提供在线服务。

Abstract:

According to the problems of heterogeneity and difficult interoperability of medical terminology in different hospitals, an ontologybased medical terminology service system construction method is proposed. Based on servicebased model (SoA), a medical term service system architecture and framework is constructed. The service system kernel module algorithm is designed. Based on ontology concept, the system implements semantic interoperability of medical terminology and provides users with corresponding online services by using the database loader and SoA model. The application results show that the system can well achieve semantic retrieval of medical terminology and provide online service.
