摘要:

如何有效使用网络带宽是网络视频点播系统的关键问题之一。可变码率编码VBR视频由于能提高视频压缩率而被广泛应用。支持用户零等待延迟的实时服务,且能减少服务器带宽消耗是点播服务算法的目标。分析了多种现有视频流调度方法的优劣,提出了ZDBVBR算法来解决用户等待延迟问题,并最大限度地降低了服务器带宽消耗,提高了整个系统的效率。仿真实验表明了该方法在用户延迟、带宽消耗等方面的优越性。

Abstract:

Abstract:In the network video services, one of the key techniques is to use storage and network resources efficiently. The objective of algorithms is to support the realtime service of uses’ zero waiting delay, and reduce the consumption of server’s bandwidth. Several zerodelay stream scheduling algorithms are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheduling methods are analyzed. ZDBVBR algorithm is proposed to solve the users’ waiting delay and reduce the consumption of server’s bandwidth maximally. It can improve the efficiency of the system. Simulation results prove the superiority of this method in dealing with user delay and bandwidth consuming。
