基于多色集合的冷链物流仓储流程优化

process based on polychromatic sets

摘要:

分析陕西某企业冷链物流实际运营情况,利用统一建模语言UML用户界面友好、能有效描述系统以及多色集合理论PS具有严密的数学基础,所建模型易于计算机仿真的特点,构建UML和多色集合相结合的冷链物流仓储作业流程模型,进行模型结构分析和时间可达性分析,保证了作业流程模型的合理性,并提出作业流程优化措施,建立了新的冷链物流仓储系统出入库流程模型。通过对比优化前后作业流程模型的期望执行时间,验证了模型优化的有效性。

Abstract:

We first analyze the actual operation of a cold chain logistics enterprise in shaanxi province, and use the unified modeling language (UML) with a userfriendly interface, which can describe the system effectively, and the polychromatic sets (PS) theory with a rigorous mathematical foundation, to build the operation process model of a cold chain logistics warehouse. Then we analyze the model structure and time accessibility, which can ensure the rationality of the process model. We also propose some suggestions on the optimization of the workflow, and build up a new model for the input/output process of the coldchain logistics warehouse. We compare the expected operation time of the model before and after optimization, and the results show the effectiveness of the optimized model.
