摘要:

针对复杂环境下超声波传感器测量系统测量精度问题,以罐体油位测量为例,提出一种基于神经网络遗传算法的超声波传感器测量精度优化模型,实现超声波油位测量系统的非线性误差校正。仿真结果表明,该方法可以减小超声波传感器本身结构和外界因素的干扰,提高测量精度。

Abstract:

To improve the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic sensor measuring system in complex environment and realize the ultrasonic sensor nonlinear error correction of the oil level measuring system, taking the tanklevel measurement as an example we present an ultrasonic sensor measurement accuracy optimization model based on the neural network genetic algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce the interference of the ultrasonic sensor structure and external factors, thus improving the accuracy of measurement.
