软件实训教师团队构建策略探析

摘要:

软件实训是软件人才培养的重要的实践环节,传统实训过程中强调单个教师的能力,而忽视了“团队”的作用。本文以南华大学“软件工程实验班”为研究背景,重点分析了软件实训教学的特点,依据团队构建的基本原理,在长期教学实践中积极开展探索研究,提出构建软件实训教师团队的具体策略。通过实证研究,验证了它的有效性,该策略具有普遍的指导意义。

Abstract:

Software training is an important practice step of raising software talents. In the traditional training, individual teachers’ abilities are emphasized while the effect of team is neglected. Under the research background of software engineering experimental class in Nanhua University, this thesis focuses on analyzing the characteristics of software training teaching. According to the fundamental principles of team construction, together with the active research carried out in the longterm teaching practice, the concrete strategies of successful software training teachers’ team are proposed. Through the empirical research, the validity of the strategies is proved, and it is also proved that the strategies have prevalent meaning of guidance.
