摘要：

学生工作在高校教育工作中有着重要的地位和作用，一直是高校工作的重点之一。以“工业化”为指导思想的培养体系对学生工作提出许多新的要求，本文通过结合软件学院人才培养目标，提出建立具有工业化育人特色的第二课堂学生工作体系，并以此为理论依据在实际工作中积极探索与实践，营造学生工作工业化育人氛围，建立具有工业化育人特色的“三三”学生工作体系，从而为培养软件产业高端人才奠定基础。

Abstract:

Software industry needs industrial and international highquality talents, so that there comes out new requirements of student work, taking “industrialization” as the ethos of innovative cultivation system. This paper points out the special education system for industrial software talents according to the aim of the school, so as to explore and practice, integrate different industrial resources, construct the atmosphere of IT talents cultivation, set up “Threethree” talent cultivation model.
