摘要：
从CRM系统管理的本质出发,结合企业经营活动中的实际问题,分析了CRM系统的优点与不足,提出了使用条形码与CRM集成的解决方法,并采用一个具体的应用实例加以说明.

Abstract:
Based on the hypostasis of CRM system management and the factual problems in enterprises＇ business, the paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of CRM systems, and gives a means based on bar code and CRM integra tion. In the end, a detailed application will be given.
