Abstract:

This paper proposes a hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm which provides more excellent particles for swarm by taking simulated annealing as    the converge condition. This new algorithm is almost as simple as PSO while it can seek a more optimal solution. Results of experiments on well known test functions demonstrate this.
