认知无线电中非高斯噪声下主用户信号的协作检测方法

摘要:

本文研究了非高斯噪声情况下主用户的频谱检测问题,采用混合高斯模型拟合了非高斯噪声背景,并采用矩估计方法对混合高斯模型的混合系数等参数进行了估计。在此基础上,将混合高斯Rao检测方法应用于主用户的频谱检测,推导了混合高斯Rao检测的检测统计量和检测性能公式,分析比较了混合高斯Rao检测与高斯Rao检测的性能。此外,建立了多用户协作的检测模型并推导了基于改进的OR准则的协作检测性能公式。通过理论分析和蒙特卡罗仿真说明了在虚警概率一定的情况下,基于混合高斯Rao检测的方法能有效地提高非高斯噪声下主用户的检测性能。

Abstract:

This paper addresses the primary user’s spectrum detection in the nonGaussian noise. The mixedGaussian model is used to fit the nonGaussian noise, and the mixture parameter and other parameters in the mixture model are estimated by moment estimation. The testing statistics of the mixedGaussian Rao detection and expressions of performance are derived by comparing the mixedGaussian Rao detection method to the Gaussian Rao detection. In addition, a multiuser the cooperative detection model is established and the cooperative detection performance formula is derived based on the improved OR rule. Through theoretical simulations and Monte Carlo simulations, it shows that with a given probability of false alarm, detection method based on mixedGaussian Rao can effectively improve the primary user detection performance under the nonGaussian noise.
