地理栅格影像的时空聚集精确算法

A Precise Algorithm for the SpatioTemporal Aggregation of Geographical Raster Images

摘要:

时空聚集运算兼顾了栅格数据的空间维度和时间维度,在空间现象的分析与预测方面发挥着重要作用。考虑到现有面向地理栅格影像的时空聚集算法缺乏准确性,本文提出了用于时空聚集运算的两种精确算法—“贴片”算法和“窗口分割”算法,并给出了两种算法的基本原理和具体实现,分析了它们各自的特点和适用环境,最后在空间数据库BeyonDB中检验了算法的效果与效率。实验结果表明,两种新算法均解决了传统算法的误差问题,但在效率上稍有损失。

Abstract:

Taking into account both the spatial and temporal dimensions of raster data, spatiotemporal aggregation plays an important role in analyzing and predicting the space phenomena. Because the current spatiotemporal aggregation algorithms oriented to the geographical raster images are short of accuracy, two precise algorithms called "Tile Pasting" and "Window Segmentation"  are proposed. We present basic principles and detailed implementations for them, analyze their properties and applicable conditions respectively, and test their effects and efficiencies in our spatial database named "BeyonDB". The test result indicates that, both of the two algorithms can  solve the problem of inaccuracy in the traditional methods with a slight loss of efficiency.
