油气田综合录井信息采集一体化平台的体系结构研究

摘要:

通过分析现代综合录井信息化发展趋势,结合油气勘探开发的实际,针对现有录井远程监控体系的不足,运用现代传感器、自动化、计算机及通信技术,提出了新一代综合录井信息采集一体化平台体系结构。详细阐述了基于RTU的多传感器融合的井场无线局域数据中心,基于IPSTAR卫星及3G+APN+VPN的无线安全传输通道及井场与远程数据中心实时联动平台,详细分析了涉及的四大关键技术,为综合录井信息一体化建设和数字井场的物联网发展提供了新的方法和手段。

Abstract:

By analyzing the development trend of modern comprehensive logging information systems, combined with practical exploration and development of oil and gas, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing remote welllogging monitoring systems and application of modern sensors, automation, computer and communications technologies, a new integrated architecture of the comprehensive logging information collection platform is put forward.First, the wireless local area data center based on multisensor fusion RTU, wireless security transmission channel based on the IPSTAR satellite and 3G + VPN and realtime interaction platform between well field and remote data center are discussed in detail.Second,four key technologies are analyzed in detail and finally a new means is provided for the construction of comprehensive logging information integration and application of the Internet of things to digital well field.
