摘要:

针对各种非线性、随机性和时变性干扰以及测量噪声对刮板输送机链条张力控制系统动态性能的影响,提出了采用基于卡尔曼滤波器的PID控制方法来改善张力控制系统的动态性能。该方法利用线性递推算法对观测值进行处理,可以实时地给出系统信号的最优估计值,并能够很好地消除各种干扰和测量噪声对张力控制系统性能的影响。仿真结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,基于卡尔曼滤波器的PID控制具有控制精度高、鲁棒性强、抑制噪声和干扰能力强等优点,能够很好地满足刮板输送机张力控制系统动态性能的要求。

Abstract:

According to the influence of nonlinear, stochastic, timevarying interference and measurement noise on the dynamic performance of chain tension control system of the scraper conveyor, the paper proposed the PID controller based on Kalman filter to improve the dynamic performance of the tension control system. This method handles the observed values using linear recursive algorithm, generates optimal estimate of system signals timely, and eliminates the influence of various interference and measurement noise on the control system performance. Simulation results show that the PID controller based on kalman filter has high control precision, strong robustness, strong interference and noise suppression ability and other advantages compared with the traditional PID controller. The proposed control method can meet the dynamic performance requirements of the scraper conveyor tension control system.
