摘要:

为改善目前整精米率检测方法落后的现状,提出了一种基于ARM9的整精米率检测系统的软件设计方案及实现方法。该检测系统基于图像传感技术,用于自动检测、计算并显示稻谷整精米率并生成整精米率检测报告。中控系统采用Micro2440开发板,基于Qtopia软件开发平台调用嵌入式数据库Sqlite3,完成了人机交互界面的设计与实现,并且与系统其他硬件设备相结合通过串口、网口通信控制硬件各部分协调工作,实现了整体仪器的运行。测试结果表明,系统实用性强、效率高且测试结果较为准确。

Abstract:

In order to improve the current situation that currently the rice rate detection method is not so efficient as we expect, the ARM9 based software design solution of the head rice rate detector and its implementation are proposed. Based on image sensing technology, the head rice rate detector is used to automatically detect, compute and display the head rice rate. The Micro2240 development tool is used as the multimedia central control system .Based on the Qtopia software development platform, by using embedded data base Sqlite3, the design of the interface and the menu bar is accomplished. Besides, our work cooperates with the hardware through serial port communication and net port communication. Finally, the entire device works well. Test results are quite accurate, proving that the system is practical and high efficient.
