多视图下的生产线建模与仿真

摘要:

在多品种、小批量的生产环境中,企业不仅需要查看实体生产线,同时需要从不同的产品维度监控和管理生产线的运行状况。应用领域驱动设计方法对实体生产线建立完整的领域对象,将每个工件品种的加工流程定义为一个虚拟的生产线视图,为虚拟生产环境建立领域对象,并将其映射到软件系统中。基于MVC模式设计仿真系统,以多个视图对生产线进行展示。给出了仿真系统的原型实现,验证了仿真系统设计的可行性。生产线的管理者不仅可以通过实体生产线视图查看设备的工作状态,同时还可以通过虚拟生产线视图直观地查看每个品种的加工流程。

Abstract:

In the production environment of many varieties and small batch, enterprises not only check physical production lines but also monitor and manage the state of production lines from different dimensions of products. The Domain Driven Design (DDD) method is used to build a complete set of domain objects for physical model. The processing process of jobs is defined as a virtual view of production line. The domain objects for virtual production environment is built and mapped into the software system. The MVC architecture is adopted to design the simulation system in order to realize multiview of production lines. The simulation system prototype is realized and the feasibility of the system design is verified. The managers of production lines not only check the machines’ states from the view of physical production lines, but also examine the jobs’ states form the view of virtual production lines.
