摘要：

结合边防部队院校教育的特点，提出了边防部队院校实施网络教学的基本思路和步骤.分析了基于Web的网络教学系统的几种教学模式，着重讨论了几种基于Web的软件开发技术。

Abstract:

Comparing to the characteristics of frontier force academy, this paper puts forward basic clues and steps of network teaching of frontier force academy, and analyzes some webbased teaching models, emphasizes some webbased software development techniques.
