摘要:

为了解决云制造环境下中小企业合作伙伴选择问题,提出一种考虑企业心理预期的合作伙伴双向选择模型。首先,根据属性的不同描述方式给出了不同的量化、比较方法,并以对合作条件的心理预期作为参考点,构建相对于参考点的双方互评损益矩阵;随后,依据前景理论计算出双方选择之间的满意度综合前景值;最后,构建了双向选择优化数学模型,并给出了遗传算法的求解过程。实验仿真结果表明,该模型是可行的和有效的。

Abstract:

To solve the partner selection problem for small and medium-sized enterprises in the cloud manufacturing environment, we propose a two-sided selection model which takes the enterprise psychological expectation and perception into consideration. Firstly, different quantitative and comparative methods are given according to different property descriptions. Based on the psychological expectation of the cooperative conditions as reference points, the mutual profit and loss matrixes are constructed. Secondly, according to the prospect theory, the comprehensive prospect value of satisfaction for each party is calculated. Finally, a two-way selection optimization mathematical model is constructed, and the solving process of the genetic algorithm is described. Simulation results show that the model is feasible and effective.
