物面网格构造方法对高速流动气动力/热数值模拟的影响分析

摘要: 高速流场十分复杂,对其进行细致刻画是困难的,网格布局优化有助于高速流场刻画,进而提高气动力/热数值模拟的准确度。选用钝头体模型作为研究对象,采用不同头部物面网格划分方法构造高速流动物面网格,对比分析不同网格的气动力/热数值模拟精度,给出不同物面网格构造方法对气动力/热数值模拟的影响,并经过多算例验证,给出优选的适用于高速流场高精度计算的物面网格构造方法。对比结果表明该方法可为高速流动气动力/热高精度数值模拟提供支撑。

Abstract: High-speed flow fields are highly complex and difficult to characterize in detail.Optimizing grid layout can enhance the depiction of such flows,thereby improving the accuracy of aerodynamic/aeroheating numerical simulations.This paper employs a blunt-body model as the research subject,constructing surface meshes for high-speed flows using different mesh generation methods.By comparing the numerical simulation accuracy of aerodynamic/aeroheating across these grids,the influence of surface grid construction methods on numerical predictions is analyzed.Through multiple case validations,an optimized surface grid generation method is proposed for high-precision computation of high-speed flow fields.The recommended method provides a reliable foundation for high-fidelity numerical simulations of aerodynamic/aeroheating in high-speed flows.
