摘要:

RFID中间件通常被认为是RFID系统的中枢神经。本文借助于嵌入式ARM硬件平台和Linux操作系统,设计并实现了一种轻量级ALE的嵌入式RFID中间件。该中间件在保留了EPCglobal ALE标准的主要功能,使之在保持与ALE标准最大程度兼容的前提下,取消和改进了ALE标准中的一些扩展性机制。所设计的中间件功能齐全、模块清晰,有着高度的独立性、良好的重构性和可扩展性,不仅满足了资源受限的嵌入式环境中功能和性能两方面要求,同时还为上层应用系统的开发提供了一个统一的、强大的开发平台,使RFID智能设备可以更好地整合到现有的应用系统中,给RFID应用发展带来了巨大的方便。

Abstract:

The RFID middleware is often regarded as the central nerve of the RFID systems. An embedded RFID middleware of lightweight ALE is  constructed by virtue of the embedded systems technology of ARM and Linux. The middleware reserves the key functions of the standard ALE and amends some scalability mechanisms on the basis of maintaining the greatest degree of compatibility for the standard ALE. It is fullfeatured, moduleclear, high degree of independence and good reconfigurability. It meets the needs of the resourceconstrained embedded environment in both the function and the performance, and provides a unified platform for the development of the upper layer application systems. It can integrate the RFID smart devices into the existing application system better, and can bring enormous convenience for developing the RFID applications.
