摘要:

要成为一名称职的教师,需要不断改进教学方法、提高教学能力。通过自我评价进行自我诊断、自我反思、自我调整和自我激励,是实现自我提高、自我完善和专业发展的重要途径。将中医的四诊模式引入教学实践,可有效实现教学效果的自我评估,进而提高教学效果。将以数据库开发实践为例,进行基于中医四诊模式的教学效果自我评估的尝试。

Abstract:

To be a qualified teacher,you need to improve teaching methods constantly and enhance your teaching ability.It's an important way to realize selfimprovement,selfperfection and professional development through self-evaluation,self-diagnosis,self-reflection, selfadjustment and selfmotivation.To effectively estimate and improve the teaching effect, we introduce the four diagnostic modes of Chinese medicine into teaching practice.Taking the practice of database development as an example,this article attempts to achieve self-evaluation of the teaching effect based on the  four diagnostic mode of Chinese medicine.
