Abstract:

As the new military revolution deepens, the military professionalization trend becomes more and more obvious. The operation of most of the new hightech weapons and equipment falls on the shoulders of noncommissioned officers, so higher requirements for their personal skills and position competence are in demand.  Colleges for noncommissioned officers should fully play the role of the main training channel and highly improve their operating capacity. We provide some pieces of advice for the development of noncommissioned officers training mechanism.
