Abstract:
The zeroIF receiver system with the advantagments of high integration and low power consumption and ease of monolithic integration, is becoming a highly competitive structure in the radio frequency receiver. For the existences of the IQ imbalance and the DC drift inherent problems in zeroIF receiver, the system performance of image signals generated from existence of the phase shift in two types of receivers has been analyzed, and its suppression has been made simulation and comparison. Based on the similink software, the impact of the existing phase error in the crossmixing structure on the performance of the receiving system is superior to the conventional singlequadrature zeroIF structure ,which is mainly analyzed. Under the condition of the same phase error vector change and signal to noise ratio for the sensitivity of phase of the two receivers have been compared. The performance via experiment shows that the crossmixing structure has greatly reduced the sensitivity of the integrated device technology deviation, which enables it to more quickly be invested in the actual market.
