Abstract:
The paper analyzes the reasons for the current city traffic congestion and the traffic signal control methods, combines with the characteristics of RFID , puts forward a RFID based and adaptive adjustment algorithm for the optimization of city traffic signal control, achieves realtime adjustment of the traffic flow according to the adjacent intersection lights time, and thus eases the city's traffic congestion. The simulation results show that the method is effective.
