Abstract:
The background and objectives to carry out project of outstanding engineer cultivating (POEC) in school of software of Harbin institute of technology are described briefly. The concept of projectbased learning (PjBL) and how to apply it in POEC are introduced. Furthermore, the base and plan of school of software to carry out PjBL are presented.
