Abstract:

Employment for computer majored graduates from general colleges is not desirable at present. The main reason is that students are offered most computer theory courses but few practical courses at college, thus fail to match what the employer needs after leaving school. Considering the fact that computer majored students from Tianjin university of commerce have a sound theory background but weak practical working ability, a cultivation mode of theory and practice is suggested. The training talent cultivation mode, how it is reformed on course offered and teaching objective, and effect guarantee to achieve the talent cultivation goal are also studied in this paper.
