Abstract:

This paper discussed the guidelines, ideas and principles for designing the Software Engineering talents training scheme in the local colleges and universities. While taking the Software Engineering in Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example, it elaborated a specific design method for the talent training program according to the university’s orientation and social demand for software professionals, as well as the cooperative education with software enterprises, so as to play the different coordination roles of industry, education and research in the talent training practice. Finally, this paper proposed a general design for teaching plans and practical training systems, and also explained the scheme features and effects of this talent cultivation.
