Abstract:

Software industry needs industrial and international highquality talents, so that there comes out new requirements of student work, taking “industrialization” as the ethos of innovative cultivation system. This paper points out the special education system for industrial software talents according to the aim of the school, so as to explore and practice, integrate different industrial resources, construct the atmosphere of IT talents cultivation, set up “Threethree” talent cultivation model.
