Abstract:

As for the network television business model and a single function nowadays, this article proposes the needs of establishing  an interactive network TV. This article analyzes the characteristics of the Flex Builder development platform, introduces the advantages of using the Flex technology. A Flexbased interactive Web TV system,which has good maintainability and scalability, can easily reuse the components and assembly. What is more, this article details the overall architecture of the system design and the module design, and focuses on the system design and the implementation of difficult issues, such as pointtopoint video communication, room management response to largescale user access, etc., and details instructions to resolve the problems of design and implementation methods.The realization of the interactive platform for the development of network television provides a new way of thinking, and it is the traditional network TV on the function of a derivative way at the same time. Meanwhile, it will also probably create a new profit pattern for the network TV industry.
