Abstract:
To deal with the Joint Replenishment Problem (JRP) with fuzzy multiresource constraints, a fuzzy programming model is designed to minimize the sum of order cost, inventory holding cost and transportation cost by using the triangular fuzzy number to represent the fuzzy capital constraints and the trapezoid fuzzy number to represent the fuzzy storage capacities constraints.The decision variables are the basic replenishment cycle time and the order cycle of each item respectively. A differential evolution algorithm improved in the mutation operator and selection operation is designed to solve the JRP model with fuzzy resource constraints. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the scientificity and rationality of the proposed model and algorithm.
