Modeling the Production Scheduling System for Steel Rolling Linking Based on UML

Abstract:

The issue about the dynamic coordination of steelmaking, continuous casting, slab yard, reheating furnace and hot rolling in the mixed production environment is discussed. The functional requirements and key factors which affect steel rolling are analyzed by using the objectoriented analysis and the design method. The use case model, the static structure model and the dynamic behavior model are established based on UML. The models describe the system function structure, the interaction of dynamic information and the process to process the dynamic perturbation in a visual form, which meets the requirements of realtime and dynamic actions in MES, and realizes the compactness and continuity in actual production processes.
