Abstract:

The design objective of this system is to make bearing users easier to choose spherical plain bearing, data search and analysis for stress and displacement. In the paper, function and feature of this system, partition of module, and including establishment of database of spherical plain bearing, design of searching methods’ interface and compilation of Abaqus by script interface are introduced. This system, which is base on the environment integrating visual studio、SQL server and Abaqus, will be able to realize several searching method for data of spherical plain bearing, and get the chart of stress distribution or displacement distribution from Abaqus finite element analysis by only ordinary parameters inputs. The system has high practicality, and can be applied to other mechanical fields.
