Abstract:

The campus teaching mobile newspaper is an information dissemination model in the development trend of new media and it is tailormade for college students who are a unique group on campus. The campus teaching mobile newspaper can timely broadcast  the educational administration notice, the school notice, messages about employment, contests, lectures, seminars, graduation school exam, etc., becoming a new window through which college students know about the campus events. In this paper, we analyze and discuss service function design, system modules, and technical solutions of the campus teaching mobile newspaper.
