Abstract:

Smart city is a complex huge system, and its management has numerous problems of public decision. The paper focuses on two major problems in the decision process: one is the quick access to valuable information related to decision problems among the mass information about cities, while the other is the reduction of time and economic cost of group decision. A logical structure of Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering (HWME) of decision support and a method of solving public decision problems of cities based on electronic decision theater are proposed. The system framework of decision support system based on electronic decision theater is designed, and its specific application process is given.
