Abstract:
Since the observation tasks are various,task restrictions are complex while observing resources are limited,it is important to schedule the resource deployment rationally.Based on multiairship multi-payload earth observation tasks, the classic Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is utilized to fulfill resource deployment, satisfying observation goals such as task completion, resolution and payloads equilibrium.A method involving Chaotic optimization is proposed so as to improve classic PSO,and an application is developed based on ArcGIS Engine and Visual Studio.Experiments show that the proposed planning method for resource deployment is effective.
