Abstract:

The development of small private online course (SPOC) has provided great opportunities for curriculum teaching reform in military academies. To make good use of free open course resources, we first analyze our own specialized courses and expertise. We give an introduction to the SPOC, and then summarize the advantages provided by SPOC. We propose a blended instructional design for the course called An Introduction to Computer Vision based on SPOC.
