Abstract:

Microlecture is regarded as a new teaching approach in internet era, and becomes a teaching and research hotspot. We analyze the  problems of computer teaching for sergeants, and propose a new teaching mode with microlecture, including the concept, course design, model construction and practice application. Our new model may shed some light on teaching sergeants computer courses.
