A QoE level evaluation model
based on user experience delay

Abstract:

It is difficult to obtain the data reflecting user experience in Web service and evaluate the quality of user experience (QoE). Based on the analysis of Web data and existing evaluation methods, we propose a QoE level evaluation method that incorporates user experience delay (ED). This method is based on the analytic hierarchy process and combines the subjective feelings of human physiology to measure user experience more objectively. The feasibility of this method is verified through relevant cases.
