Learning and cognition of teacher team construction
 in application-oriented undergraduate

Abstract:

As the product of the popularization and modernization of higher education in China, application-oriented universities play an important role and significance in the process of the strategic deployment of “education power”. The development of the new situation makes the teachers team construction of the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities face some new problems and challenges. The starting point of understanding and responding to these problems and challenges should remain its original intention and historical position. Therefore, this paper carries out the related study and discussion from the perspective of university teachers’ individual career values and the planning level of the teachers team construction management, respectively.
