With the rapid development of mobile reading, we-media and big data technologies, digital reading has gradually become the most popular reading method. The paper mainly focuses on how to build a digital reading platform that is diversified, personalized, shared and interactive, how to use the big data technology and user portrait technology to generate “reader portraits”, and how to provide personalized services for readers. This will help improve the resource utilization of university library.
