Abstract:

Advanced management concepts such as TQM, BPM or the Six-sigma method have gained appreciation and success through their implementation in enterprise management. Generally, these creative methods all are based on business process enhancement. Therefore, it is important to manage business processes. Th  is article describes the general principles for the management information unit modeling and the process modeling of a business process management system, and its functions and implementation tools. It should be a reference for enterprise managers to construct a business process management system.
