Abstract:

In order to make the coastal defense video surveillance system work all weather and round the clock effectively, the radar should be coordinated with    the photo electricity sensor. Radar guidance is a basic coordination method, which leads the servo to veer to the locked target of the radar. Aiming at  the shortage of two kinds of radar guidance modes, which are respectively the cursor guidance mode and the target guidance mode, a new guidance mode cal led mouse guidance is proposed. This method is that through double-clicking the mouse on the radar image directly, servo is led to the target rapidly. T he implementation method of mouse guidance is elaborated. This mode is used successfully in actual projects,and the realtime capabilities of the system   and the convenience of operation are improved greatly.
