Abstract:

The tacit knowledge of experts is very important for the society and the expert knowledge map is a useful means to utilize the tacit knowledge of experts. The key techniques to build expert knowledge maps are studied,and a scheme is built,in which the main information and features of experts as well as social network can be accessed by web mining. A prototype system of the expert knowledge map is realized.
