Abstract:

Total laboratory automation （TLA） is the kndication of clinical laboratory medicine The good integration of the labo- ratory automation system （LAS）, the laboratory information system （LIS）,and the clinic information system（CIS）is one of the key factors of a successful TLA. This article gives a detailed introduction on the network infrastructure, work flow, and hnplementation techniques of a successful case,and shares experiences for applying TLA in the hospitals within China.
