摘要: 本文面向3G、NGN等网络技术的发展,运用信息技术系统规划的方法,对面向3G的运营支撑系统(BOSS)进行了研究,建立了新系统的功能架构和总体技术架构模型,提出了新的子系统划分方法,并对综合采集子系统进行了需求功能描述及业务流程分析设计,为移动业务运营支撑系统向3G平滑过渡进行了探索和研究。

Abstract: Oriented to the development of such network technologies as 3G and NGN and applying the system planning method in information technology systems, this paper conducts research on the Business Operation Support System (BOSS) suited to 3G and how to achieve a smooth transition toward 3G for the mobile business operation support systems, in which a functional framework of this new system along with a fullscale model for the technology framework is established, and a new partition method for the subsystem is proposed.Aiming at the synthetically collecting subsystem, a description of the required functions and an analytical design of business flow are formulated.
