摘要:

研制某新型导弹的综合测试系统是该类弹药技术保障建设的重要内容。本文首先对导弹的测试需求进行了分析,对模拟输入信号和被测信号进行了分类。提出了基于PXI总线技术和LabVIEW软件平台的综合测试系统研制方案。在此基础上,选用了符合测试需求的PXI功能模块和外部设备,设计了转接适配器,介绍了各组成硬件的功能和用途。按照测试软件的功能要求和被测对象的测试需求,依据模块化和层次化的软件结构编制了测试软件。通过实际使用,表明该测试系统具有自动化程度高、性能可靠、操作简便等特点。

Abstract:

It is the important content of a new type of missile’s technology guarantee to  design an integrated testing system for the missile. The missile’s testing demands are analyzed firstly. The simulative input signals and measured signals are classified. Based on the PXI bus technique and the LabVIEW platform, the research project of an integrated testing system is put forward. On this basis, the PXI blocks and external devices meeting the test requirements are used. The transferring and adapting device is designed. The hardware components’ performance and applications are introduced. According to the test software’ performance requirement and the measured objects’ test demands, the test software is programmed according to the modular and hierarchical structure. Through the actual use, it indicates that the system has the characteristics of high automation, reliable function and convenient operation.
