杂波环境下雷达/红外融合跟踪的修正概率数据互联滤波算法

摘要:

为解决杂波环境下转弯机动目标跟踪过程中的数据关联问题,提出了雷达/红外融合跟踪修正概率数据互联滤波算法。修正概率数据互联算法利用前一时刻目标的状态和转弯角速度,依据目标转弯机动能力及测量噪声等因素的影响,求出当前时刻转弯角速度变化范围,在转弯角速度变化范围内,求出与当前时刻每一测量值最匹配的转弯角速度、预测中心、新息协方差阵及权重系数,从而决定该测量在状态更新时的权重。仿真结果表明,雷达/红外融合跟踪修正概率数据互联滤波算法提高了跟踪精度,降低了航迹丢失率。

Abstract:

Modified Probabilistic Data Association Filter (MPDAF) algorithm of Radar/IR fusion tracking algorithm was proposed to solve the problem of data association of turn maneuvering target tracking in clutter environment. The range of current time turn angular velocity can be obtained by turn maneuver capability, measurement noise, previous time target status and turn angular velocity. MPDAF gets the best match turn angular velocity, prediction center, new interest covariance and weight coefficient according to each measurement value. The weight coefficient decided the weight of the measurement value during status update. Simulation results show that the MPDAF algorithm of Radar/IR fusion tracking improves tracking accuracy and reduces tracking loss rate.
