摘要:

随着MOOC时代的到来,学科领域覆盖面广的大规模在线开放课程触手可及,其规模化的特点可以满足不同群体的课程需求,这给广大士官提高学历、增长见识和技能提供了良好的平台。自主学习是与MOOC教育相适应的学习方式,但是,在我军MOOC的发展中,在职士官自主参与MOOC学习存在着诸多的干扰因素,极大地制约着MOOC的发展和广大士官的学习效果,对此进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:

In the era of MOOC, online courses covering a wide range of subjects are within easy touch, characterized by largescale, and they can meet the needs of different learner groups, which provides the large group of noncommissioned officers a good platform for acquiring knowledge and skills, as well as broadening their horizon.
Independent learning is to a large extent an ideal way for MOOC education, but in the PLA’s MOOC development, many factors hinder MOOC learning for noncommissioned officers in service, which greatly restricts MOOC development and the learning effect. We analyze these factors  and provide corresponding countermeasures.
