嵌入式多功能矿用电气设备保护装置的研究

摘要:

针对煤矿井下电气设备的特点及存在的问题,本文设计了一种基于嵌入式系统的多功能矿用电气设备保护装置。根据设计方案的总体要求,本文采用基于ARM920内核的S3C2440处理器,结合嵌入式操作系统Linux,通过系统的硬件结构设计和软件编程、调试,达到了多功能电气保护装置应具备的性能要求,并达到了保护装置的设计指标。在嵌入式系统的客户端软件和监控主机服务端软件的操作下,实现了两者之间的快速可靠的远程通信。实验结果表明,该保护装置的使用极大地提高了矿用电气保护装置的灵活性、实用性和交互性,减少了相关设备维护的工作量,降低了维护的工作强度。

Abstract:

As for the charateristics and the existing problems of the electrical equipments under the mine, a multifunctional mine electrical equipment protection device based on embedded systems is designed. According to the general requirements of the design proposal, this paper adopts S3C2440, based on the ARM920 core, as the processor, combines the embedded operating system Linux, meets the capability requirements of the multifunctional electrical equipment protection device and achieves the design target of the protection device by designing the system hardware structures ,software programming and testing. Under the operations of the clientside software and the serverside software used for monitoring host, the fast and reliable telecommunication between them comes true. The result of the experiment shows that the use of the protection device will improve the flexibility, utility, interactivity of the mine electrical equipment protection device greatly, cuts down the work amount and decreases the working strength in the maintenance of relative devices.
